If you do not like the goods, you can cancel the purchase contract by returning the goods. Please send or give us the unused and originally packaged item back immediately, but no later than 14 days after receipt.
The return shipment must be arranged by the customer at his own expense. We cannot accept goods returned freight collect. We will immediately upon receipt of your choice provide a replacement - as far as possible - or refund the purchase price.
In the event of defects in the delivered goods, the customer must prove that a defect existed upon delivery. If the 14-day right of withdrawal is exercised, the shipping costs incurred for the outward and return shipment shall be borne by the buyer.
